The System

The System of monitoring, supervising, and organizing elimination of the consequences of toxic and other harmful materials leaking into the sea.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

Problems are literally all big transports
which are now only concern of a transporter,
the owner of cargo and the one in whose
maritime zone an accident happens.

WHY ?

    Big transports of poisonous and other noxious materials on the sea, as a rule, pollute huge water surfaces during accidents.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?

    Posibly master/captain of a ship if he was found guilty.

HOW ARE WE PROTECTED NOW?

    Simply, by warship prevent entry of a high-risk ship into territorial waters.

IS THIS A SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM ?

    The answer is completely negative in this moment. Everybody uses it, but nobody is responsible.

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL WATERS?

    Everything is allowed in international waters, transport anything across them.
    Why not store a cargo if it is paid well or you can sell it to somebody else?

HOW TO PREVENT?

    By continous following of all big transports, by monitoring and by eliminating of the consequences from the very beginning to final elimination of of the consequences, together with timely, correct and complete public information. Two problems appear: if information is not shared, damage is suffered and if a problem is pointed out too clearly, a counter-effect is achieved.

  • According to the French press every 2 month to a deliberately sunken old ship whose purpose was to transport poisonous cargo. Not worth it to carry out decontamination before it cut because it is done intentionally sinking in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean near Africa, where surveillance is not possible.
  • Example: kidnapping mega oil tankers from Saudia Arabia in early 2009 near Somalia:

  • Ship with dangerous burden is worse for several days in the vicinity of Rovinj /Croatia/. Writing bythe press or interviewed an experts did not know how to be a dangerous matter oil /RELUGAN GTV and CORIAL/ behave in contact with sea and whether there is a human health . / 07.02.2008/.

Business intention:
My goal is tries to enable Operations Centar for monitoring of hazardous cargo by sea, by the seat, in my proposal in Malta.



        Only when the last tree has died and the last river been poisoned and the last fish been caught will we realise we cannot eat money?
